Hello! I took the ASCP exam and used the yellow and purple book. Everyone I know who passed the ASCP used that book. Although I have multiple close friends who took the AMT after failing the ASCP and they said to not use that book. Although they have some similarities. The purple and yellow book covers WAY more than what the AMT focuses on. The AMT focuses more on the bench testing and day to day work. The yellow and purple book covers more diagnosis and pathology related topics. I would highly recommend the MLT exam secrets study guide book from AMT website. It is what this specific test covers more of. For ASCP I would use yellow and purple book.

Hello everyone, can you please recommend a 'swore by book' for an MLT test? And what can you say about the 'purple and yellow' book namely clinical laboratory science review. It would be ideal if I can get experiences from someone who already took the test. Thank you in advance.
